I literally couldn't put the book down. I woke up early and stayed up late reading.

Stellar character development -- once I got entangled in their lives, it was quite a ride.

This isn't a casual novel for the lighthearted; it will rip a hole in your soul and leave a scar.

This may be an exaggeration, but this could quite possibly be the most humanly real, emotionally authentic book I've ever read. Although the characters in this novel are all very different, the author managed to make them all equally relatable. If you're looking for an interesting book with poignant, heartbreaking and gut-wrenching storylines, look no further.

WOW! This book was so beautifully written. The author intertwined the story of three mothers and the struggles of raising children so perfectly. This story touches on the complexity of raising teens in this day and age, friendship, racism, misogyny, grief, mental health, heartbreak, school shooting, therapy, and so much more. As a mother, this book really touched my soul.

This was one of those books that I didn’t want to rush it, I wanted to sit and savor each chapter. I highly recommend this read. ✨

Can't say enough good things about this book! Masterfully captures the struggles every Mom goes through while simultaneously swirling you around in the eye of the storm. If it doesn't make you laugh AND cry, you missed the entire point.
